Nadia Milone

Founder

Nadia Milone, founding partner of the Firm, provides legal assistance to national and multinational clients in relation to commercial and company law. She is highly experienced in domestic and cross border litigation and has a forward-looking approach to alternative dispute resolution methods. Her professional practice is focused on commercial and corporate matters with emphasis on product liability, construction, media and entertainment, oil and gas, IT communications, as well as litigation, arbitration and mediation in these and other subjects. Prior to founding MiLex, Nadia worked for a primary international law firm. She received a Diploma in Global Arbitration Law and Practice, at the School of International Arbitration, Queen Mary University of London. Nadia is also a registered mediator of the Milan Bar Mediation and she is on the arbitrators list of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Italy. She has written several articles on arbitration and mediation and she is frequently invited as a speaker at conferences.
